Water Day

It has been a very stormy and hot spring so far. Pretty sure that mean July and August are going to be miserable. We got the bathing suit for the first time and AR watered the yard. She played with the water hose for about an hour. It looks like warm weather his here to stay and we need to get out the backyard pool very soon.

Please notice the wounded leg. She has a bad scrape on the concrete. The bandage was the only way I could get her to calm down about her hurt leg. She was so proud of her bandages. A little strange. :-)

Daddy Coaches Baseball Too

Jim has been coaching football for the past few years. This year, he added freshmen baseball to his resume. It was a long 2 months with him being gone a lot during the week and on Saturdays, but it was also fun to watch their games. AR and I tried to make most of the games. We enjoyed getting to know some of the parents and siblings of Jim's players. It was the first year to have an all freshmen team and they struggled the first part of the season. However, they did really well towards the end. They became better ball players as the year went on and that is all that mattered.

The New Temptation Across the Street

It's not good, not good at all. Yet another frozen yogurt placed opened up. However, this time it is right across the street from our house. It takes 2.5 seconds to get there and it is the best one I've been to so far. What are we going to do??? I am about to ask if I can open a charge account.
