We love Birthday parties these days because AR is really starting to enjoy being around other kids. She usually cries when we have to leave something like this. On a different note, even though you can't tell in any of these pictures,...WE ARE FINALLY WALKING! I knew it would be in her on time. She is loving her new freedom! I will try to catch her in action soon.

Brrr....It Was Really Cold!
Ann Rogers and I headed to a birthday party Saturday morning for Rose and Layton. It was freezing when we first got there, but warmed up a little before we left. The kids didn't seem to mind and we all had a good time! They all looked adorable bundled up in their winter clothes. Can you tell that I went to Children's Place and bought an entire outfit from head to toe! :-) I had not bought AR many warm winter clothes yet.
AR is just being her normal silly self.
Please check out the tongue!

AR's first pair of tights
Since the weather has gotten a little cooler lately, AR got her first pair of tights. She was too little for them last year. She wore her corduroy dress and black tights to church. It was bittersweet! She looked adorable, but so grown up at the same time. Where is our baby girl??? Speaking of that...She is 14 months old today. OMG!

Monkey See, Monkey Do
Now that Jim's football season is over, we were all home for once on a Saturday. Ann Rogers stayed in her p.j.'s a little longer than usual. She also "helped" me fold clothes. We got dressed later to go watch football with The Kerrs. It was a low key but fun Saturday. I noticed after posting the pictures that both her p.j.'s and her outfit had a monkey on them. Well...she is out little monkey! :-)

Whitney's Baby Shower
I am behind on blogging, so I am trying to catch up. A couple of weeks ago we had a baby shower for our friends The Kerrs. It is about time they have a baby and we are so excited for the baby's arrival. They do not know what they are having...uggghh...I hate not knowing. We had a couples shower for them and it was a great night. The Kerrs are two of the sweetest people in the world and will be the BEST parents in the ever!!! Ann Rogers loves Aunt Whit and Uncle Bo and can't wait to have a new friend!
14 months...almost
Ann Rogers is getting close to the 14 month mark. She is SO MUCH FUN right now. She is still not completely walking. We have decided she can do it, but is just being stubborn. She will take repeated independent steps and then plop down to crawl...giggling the whole time!!! She loves grilled cheese, sandwiches, bananas, vanilla wafers, peas, carrots, and vanilla wafers. Daylight savings has messed up her perfect sleeping habits, but we still can't complain. She says mama all the time, which melts my heart! However, she is very attached to her daddy and cries if he puts her down. She says "side" for outside and loves to do the itsy bitsy spider. Every day is something new and fun! We are so very blessed and thankful for such a sweet and loving child!
