Rain Rain, Go Away!

I think Ann Rogers is not happy with the weather today. It has been raining all day and I think it will for a while. She spent some time banging on the windows and messing with the blinds. I guess it was her way of telling us she really wanted to be outside.

Lunch with our friends

Allison moved to San Franciso about a year ago and we have REALLY missed her. San Fran is just so far away! She is in town this weekend, so we went to lunch today. Missy and Lindsey who also moved away are here too. We enjoyed seeing all of them and we are so glad they came to visit!

Amy's Night Out

One of best friends from Ole Miss is Amy. She is getting married in November. We celebrated last weekend in Birmingham for her last night out. :-)
It was such a FUN time and I love seeing all my college friends. We have been able to see each other alot lately. Amy will make a BEAUTIFUL bride. We Love You Amy!

Happy Birthday Papaw!

Yesterday was Papaw's (Jim's Dad) Birthday. We had the family over for dinner and a cake. Ann Rogers loves her papaw and had the best time playing with him on his birthday. Happy Birthday Papaw. We love you!

The Best 11 Months of My Life!

Our sweet baby girl is 11 months old today. I simply can't believe it has been that long since she made her appearance in the world. We are busy planning the big year birthday and I can't wait to celebrate her special day. She is so full of personality and cracks herself up all the time. It is so cute. She is such a silly girl. We are so very blessed to have her as our daughter. You can tell in the pictures that her face is healing! The stitches have dissolved and now we just hope the scar becomes lighter each day. Thank you Lord for watching over her sweet face!

Sink Bath

We've tried several times to give Ann Rogers her bath in the big bath tub, but she hates them. She spends the whole time trying to stand up on the side of the tub which makes me nervous. I pulled out the blue infant tub for the sink again and she was so HAPPY! There is not much room in there, but I going to let her stay until she can't fit anymore.

Don't Tell Her No!

Ann Rogers and I were going to the grocery store one day latst week. She threw her sippy cup out of the door before I could close it. I gave it back to her and she did it again. I picked up and told her no and quickly shut the door. Miss Sensitive got her feelings hurt! Tears and all...it was pitiful. I just had to get the camera to show you her sad face. Bless her heart. The first one is after she stopped crying. you can still see the one tear on her cheek. :-)

Having fun this morning

Please excuse the dirty PJ's. She had just had a waffle and yogurt. I took these this morning while she was crawling around and having fun. Her face is looking so much better, but she kind of looks like she has been a fight. I would have to say she would win if she was in a fight. She is one tough little girl. The accident did not slow her down one bit! Thank goodness babies are so tough, b/c her mommy and daddy were not!

Finally some new pictures

I hate when the pictures post out of order. The ones at the top are from my nephew Wade's birthday party last weekend. The other two are from dinner with the Kerr's last night at Outback. Even more confusing is that she has on the same outfit. However, you can tell by her poor little face which ones are from last night.

She was real interested in Wade's cake. She will have one of her own soon!

Wade was trying to do sit ups and Perry wanted to do them too. He was cracking himself up!

"Aunt" Whitney and AR waiting on table.
She was the most PERFECT baby last night at dinner. She ate her entire grill cheese and some sqaush. She never made at sound. I know there will not be many nights like this.
