Boo at the Zoo

We braved the crowd last night for Boo at the Zoo. It was my first time and I really enjoyed it. Ann Rogers had a blast and rode around all night in her little car. It was VERY crowded so we had to split up from our friends, but we did snap a picture before we went into the zoo. My two nephews were in town for the night and I was so glad they were there with us.

Ann Rogers being silly waiting in line for the hanuted train ride. (Not scary...she loved it!)

Grocery Shopping and a Squirrel

Ann Rogers LOVES the grocery store that we discovered the race car shopping carts. She is so happy in them and lets me get my shopping done without a hassle. I know it won't be that way forever, but for now I am really enjoying our shopping trips! She is such a joy! I also had to include a picture of the squirrel on our back deck on Saturday. I have never seen one out there before. I guess when we had Caddy she chased them all away. All of you old friends of mine know my history with squirrels so I didn't get near this thing. :-) I took the picture through the window!

She already knows the correct way to put her hands on the steering wheel.
She sometimes can't decide which one to hold on to, so she grabs both of them.

They look innocent, but beware they are not...ha ha! :-)

All Dressed Up

The backyard is my new and favorite place to take AR's picture. I snapped these last week after church. I couldn't let her have on a pretty dress and not have a photo shoot. :-)
This morning I would have said she is still NOT interested in walking at all. However, tonight she did almost take off. She also pushed her little toy back and forth across the room. That was a first. So who knows...maybe she is close. She is so much fun these days! I love this age.

Coach Crowder

After a very slow start, The Patriots have won two in a row. I took these pictures two weeks ago at a home game. Look how serious and offical Jim is while coaching. We are so proud of him and hope they can make it 3 in a row Friday night. AR and I will be there to cheer them on to a victory!

Happy Birthday to the most wonderful Daddy!

Tomorrow is Jim's Birthday! (Friday) It is hard to blog while teaching, so I went ahead and posted his shout out tonight. We managed to go grab a yummy dinner at Ruth's Chris while his parents kept Ann Rogers. It was wonderful! We snapped a couple of pics before we went. I have the same dumb smile in both of them, but oh well! HAPPY 31 BIRTHDAY JIM! You are the most loving and dedicated father. I had no doubt you would be. Thank you also for being such an understanding and supportive hubby! I take many of the days frustration out on you. We hope you have a wonderful birthday tomorrow and get a win in your football game. WE LOVE YOU!!!!!

A Beautiful Fall Day

I LOVE FALL! I really do not like hot weather, so I am very excited at the first hint of cooler weather. I went by the doctor this afternoon and got two shots to clear up this AWFUL sinus infection once and for all. So....after that I was feeling much better. Ann Rogers and I went outside to play in the beautiful weather. She did not like the grass at first, but was soon crawling around being silly. We are also finally getting to wear our cute new fall clothes. I am sure it will back to 85 next week and I will be scrambling for short sleeves. :-) We will it enjoy for now. Happy Fall Ya'll!
