Resurrection Rolls

I saw this recipe and story on the internet and I am so glad I did. I think it will be our new Easter morning tradition. AR loves to help me cook anything and this is easy for her to do with me. It has such a special meaning and helps explain Jesus rising to a 3 year old.

Crescent rolls, cinnamon, sugar, marshmallows, and butter

The marshmallow represents Jesus and the crescent roll is tomb where is was laid to rest.

Dip the Marshmallow in melted butter and then into the cinnamon/sugar mixture.

Close the tomb by pinching the crescent rolls closed.

Bake for 13 minutes at 350 degrees

You open them up to see that the Marshmallow has disappered while baking. Jesus has risen!
P.S. They taste really yummy too!
